Cancellations/Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

Cancellation(s):

  • Order(s) cancelled within 24 hours of original purchase are eligible for full refund.
  • Order(s) cancelled after 24 hours have lapsed since original purchase are eligible for full refund less 15% restocking fee.
  • Restocking fee applies to inventory AND made to order items.
  • Cancelled custom order(s) are not eligible for refund.

Return(s):

  • All Edgehill3D shipments include tracking services. Return window remains open for 14 calendar days from date of order delivery (according to tracking data associated with order).
  • If more than 14 calendar days lapse from order delivery to return inquiry, return will not be approved and refund cannot be issued.
  • If final destination requires goods be collected from local transit agency branch, return window will open upon order arrival at local branch and will close after 14 calendar days.
  • To be eligible for return, item(s) must be unused and in same condition received. Item(s) must also be returned in original packaging.
  • The following items are not eligible for return:
    • Sale/Discounted Items
    • Custom Orders
    • Gift Cards
    • Digital products

Refund(s):

  • Once approved item(s) for return are received and inspected, email notification will be sent indicating good(s) received and approval/rejection status of refund.
  • If approved, refund will be processed and refund credit will be automatically applied to original method of payment.
  • Refund credit processing may take up to 5-10 calendar days to complete.
  • Late/Missing Refund(s):
    • If expected refund credit not received within above stated time frame please check with banking or credit card company associated with original method of payment to ensure delay is not on their end.
  • Sale Item(s):
    • Refunds only issued for item(s) purchased at regular price. Any item(s) purchased at discount are not eligible for refund.

Exchange(s):

  • Purchased item(s) only eligible for replacement if deemed "defective" by Edgehill3D.
    • Photographic evidence of "defect" may be required by Edgehill3D as necessary to substantiate "defect".
  • If item(s) damaged in transit, Customer responsible for filing claim with according carrier to recoup loss(es) associated with damage(s).

Shipping Cost(s) of Pre-Approved Return(s)/Exchange(s):

  • If product is pre-approved for return by Edgehill3D for reason of "defect", return shipping costs incurred will be paid by Edgehill3D and will be issued to Customer in form of pre-paid, printable shipping label through carrier of Edgehill3D's choosing.
  • If product is not pre-approved for return by Edgehill3D for reason of "defect", return shipping costs incurred will be paid by Customer at origination of shipment.
  • Tracking enabled shipping required for ALL returned item(s).
  • Transit time for replacement item(s) will vary by location.
